It seams to me that you are more of a "Mac" person than a "pc" person. Let me state that I am a "pc" person, and I like a challenge when it comes to fighting with my pc, I love when it crashes and destroys all my files, and now with Windows 7, I can have even more problems to have fun with! PC users unite!

I'm not totally familiar with UPS software, so I will do my best to help you out. First, I'm assuming you have windows. Are you using internet explorer? Have you tried using a different internet browser such as firefox? I tend to lean toward firefox (which is free) because it doesn't have as many of those kind of errors.

I'm losing my mind here. I want to use the UPS software to ship my packages, but when I go to their site, it requires me to put in my Ship From info, and it won't allow me to put in United States as my country. I go down the list and click the country, and it then blanks the field and asks for the country again. I've tried it on other countries, with the same result. I've run into this same problem on any site that asks me to enter the country. Is there a cookie or security setting I'm missing? I'm using AVG Free 8.0 for my anti-virus software, but I don't think that's where the problem lies. I can save passwords, log-in info and everything else, but this one field stops me dead every time. Any ideas?
